Microsoft developers have introduced a remote administration tools pack, which ships with the Windows Server 2008 CD. The feature, called RSAT - Remote Server Administration Tools, is available with Windows Server 2008 and enables remote management of Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 computers from a computer running Windows Server 2008. To install RSAT, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'Start->Administrative Tools->Server Manager'
2. In the Features section click on 'Add Features'
3. Click on 'Remote Server Administrative Tools Pack'
4. Select all the features installed on the other computer
you want to manage then click 'Next'
5. Click on the 'Install' button
