Thanks to the on-screen keyboard in Windows XP, you no longer need a physical keyboard to use your computer. Click on the Start button and go to 'Programs->Accessories->Accessibility->On-Screen Keyboard'. You can input text by clicking on the on-screen keys. You can also set it so you can select it's key by simply hovering over it with the pointer, and you can also set it up to use it with a joystick. Click on the 'Settings' tab then on 'Typing Mode' to enable these features.
