If the AutoComplete feature is on in later versions of Internet Explorer, each password that you type into a web site will automatically be saved in the browser. This can create a security breach if you access confidential information or sites on the web with usernames and passwords. To disable the AutoComplete feature, Open Internet Explorer and select 'Tools->Internet Options'. click on the 'Contents' tab. Under the 'Personal Information' panel, click the 'AutoComplete' button and in the 'AutoComplete Settings' dialog box de-select the 'User Names and Passwords on Forms' option then click OK.
